Dain Vossar (Galaxy Wanderer) A strong pull from the retail side of the Force, this Dillard’s has. Clean, bright, and well organized, the store is easy to navigate—even on a longer browsing mission. Wide aisles, clear department layouts, and displays that don’t feel cluttered make wandering the racks a calm experience, not a chaotic one. Selection here is impressive. From men’s and women’s apparel to shoes, accessories, and kids’ clothing, variety there is. The shoe department is especially strong, with plenty of styles neatly displayed and easy to compare. Big and tall options are available as well, which is always appreciated. Sales and clearance racks can be found throughout the store - many 65% off, and with patience, some solid deals reveal themselves. Full-price items still live on the premium side of the galaxy, but when discounts align, worthwhile finds they become. Staff was present but never hovering—helpful when needed, invisible when not. Checkout was smooth and efficient, no unnecessary waiting in line. Overall, a dependable stop for quality clothing, good organization, and a relaxed shopping experience. Browse you should, especially if sales signs catch your eye. The Force may reward you.

Chris Townsend First thing, I HATE the mall. Any mall. And this one in particular. There are times you have to go gift hunting and this is where I go. Great inspiration. It may not be the cheapest store but the stuff is unique and the quality is good. Employees are always helpful if needed. Nobody is pestering you. Simply peruse the store and make up your own mind. This is the way I want to shop.

Janice M LeCocq A visiting friend wanted to go because she had a coupon. I hadn’t been to a Talbots since about 1999! I’d found their clothing line too conservative for my post-retirement life. Black and navy suits with simple tops, as I may unfairly recall. I didn’t expect much on this visit. But t I wanted to please her. Well, what a change! Great variety of options, color, design. I ended up buying a silver sparkly cable knit sweater and a turtleneck in a great green. The underlying structure of the design is still largely conservative but updated beautifully with vibrant colors and playful/interesting details. I’ll be back, thanks to my friend helping me rediscover Talbots.

Sunny isles My favorite store ever!!!!!! Anthropologie is my weakness. Omggg the entire store is so festive and then the new gift sets. Plus, the new Christmas ornaments and dinnerware. The sweaters are so cozy, the peep toe shoes for Christmas parties, their candles. The staff here is amazing. I happen to be there the day their Christmas decor went up and I just didn’t want to leave!!!

Barbara Sozio I can’t say enough about Mark He was helpful and went above and beyond what most staff do in stores these days. Mark was kind professional and considerate of my needs. Mark extended customer service and I have every reason after today to return to this factory store. Mark is an asset to your company. He provided service shoppers don’t receive these days. I’m so glad I have something positive to say in these days lack of costumer service, Not in this store !

Robert Beatty We visited Dillards for the Christmas holidays and really enjoyed the decorations! They also had some really cool gifts and the dinnerware from Portugal was very impressive.
