andrew schroeder I had a great experience at Banana Republic. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for, but I ended up liking an outfit I saw on a mannequin. Lina went above and beyond to help me out, especially since my size was the last one on the mannequin. She made everything easy and made sure I was taken care of. The gentleman at the counter was also super helpful and friendly. Overall, really solid customer service. Would definitely recommend visiting this location.

Corey Godden John…..the best customer service I have ever received. I have been fitted for 6 different weddings and never have I received this level of undivided attention and helpfulness in any of my previous visits to other companies offering the same services. John’s expertise and knowledge is top notch, and I would highly encourage anyone seeking services of this nature to come visit John at Lakeside Village. Bertha Pacheco Have been visiting this store for years. Everyone is usually helpful but Priscila went above & beyond. She politely came and introduced herself, when she said she could help me with anything she meant it. After describing the type of blouse I preferred she looked for and found the perfect one! Hope she’s there for the long run!

S Allison, Delaney and argelia are absolutely lovely to me every time I come in the store which is quite frequently, one of them is new. Im not sure which one but she is so sweet the other to see me quite frequently and are absolutely the best workers of any store that I ever shop at!

Michael Cano Went searching for jeans at several different stores after my old favorite brand changed and stopped fitting properly. The staff at Lucky Brand Jeans was beyond helpful and so pleasant it made the whole experience amazing in my search, Stephanie asked me what styles I liked and what fit I liked and went above and beyond to bring me the jeans and swap any out that didn’t work. Another huge plus is their jeans fit and feel amazing! So soft and buttery and fit like a glove on my body! After going to so many stores their customer service and jeans definitely stand far above the others. Definitely my new favorite brand of jeans.
