Nadine Juste Are you ready for the 411? Here we go…I travel back and forth between New York and Florida. Whenever my husband and I come to Florida, we always make a trip to Tanger Outlets Palm Beach to visit our favorite Banana Republic Factory Store in West Palm Beach. This store always has the greatest selection and about to say it, is better than New York stores sometimes. The pieces are unique and I am always asked where I got my pieces from my NY peeps. This store is always immaculate because who wants to shop in a disarrayed environment. The most important thing to me is customer service and it is top-notch at this location. Tannisha and the crew are on point and did not disappoint! Because my husband visits more often than me, they know him well so entering the store is like being treated like royalty. Oscar and Katia were attentive and followed up on all asks. The young lady in the dressing room I knew was sick of me and how many times I came in to try on clothes. Also, shout out to the new guy as he was as humble as ever and you could tell he was nervous but was figuring it out and just as pleasant. From the point of entry to the point of exit, our experience was amazing! Give this team 5 STSRS AND A RAISE!

Kimberly Green This is the BEST J.Crew Factory Store on the entire east coast of the USA! I have been to tons of JCrew stores because this us my favorite store and none compare to the employees, the location, the cleanliness of the store, and the clothes that are in stock! I live in Jacksonville, Florida but I always skip over the St.Augustine J Crew store and drive the additional 45 minutes because the employees ALWAYS make me feel welcomed and the Tanger coupons are the added perk of course, BUT Ms.king is my favorite worker! She goes above and beyond to make everyone that enters the store feel welcomed! When I first started shopping at JCrew I would go to the St.Augustine outlet but the workers were always standing around talking and would not greet me or ask if I needed help much less offer advice! But, with Ms.King she gave me a totally different JCrew shopping experience and it’s addicting! She has truly raised the bar to what I would expect the JCrew brand to represent! The other stores always give me Ild Navy, Gap, maybe Banana Republic, but at this store I get the JCrew feeling! THANK YOU Mrs.King for showing me what true customer service is throughout the years and for always making my day!

Michael Cano Went searching for jeans at several different stores after my old favorite brand changed and stopped fitting properly. The staff at Lucky Brand Jeans was beyond helpful and so pleasant it made the whole experience amazing in my search, Stephanie asked me what styles I liked and what fit I liked and went above and beyond to bring me the jeans and swap any out that didn’t work. Another huge plus is their jeans fit and feel amazing! So soft and buttery and fit like a glove on my body! After going to so many stores their customer service and jeans definitely stand far above the others. Definitely my new favorite brand of jeans.

Toni Thompson Great quality clothing with proprietary brand, White House Black Market (WHBM) with a big focus on white and black, dotted with other colors now. I love the holiday theme with the bright red evening gown in the center of the store. Jewelry selections are stunning that go with the clothing here, or to match with my current fashions at home. Staff is friendly attentive but not at all pushy. WHBM is aligned with Soma and Chicos with similar policies as personal shopping services. The rewards and returns are not aligned Accessibility: Accessible parking with van spaces, with curb cuts at the end of the block, several stores away. Accessible restroom and dressing rooms. Excellent quality clothing for dressy casual and evening wear

Scott Rimbach To start of this review I will be brutally honest, I am not a fan of clothes shopping. However, that mentality was changed recently after visiting Dillards in Ocala Florida. The store was very well laid out and easy to navigate. The prices were reasonable for what I was looking for. The sales items were even better. But the most important part of my experience was the sales representative who helped me. George Feeser was amazing!!. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for, what I liked and didnt like, and completely made me feel at ease during this process. He helped me to create not just singular pieces of clothing, but also showed me how to turn alot of my items into complete wardrobe ensembles. There were no high pressure sales tactics. If I said I didnt like something, then that was it. There was no pressure to buy any particular item(s), he acknowledged how I felt and we looked at something else. I would definitely recommend this store and HIGHLY recommend George Feeser to help you out.

Chris Townsend First thing, I HATE the mall. Any mall. And this one in particular. There are times you have to go gift hunting and this is where I go. Great inspiration. It may not be the cheapest store but the stuff is unique and the quality is good. Employees are always helpful if needed. Nobody is pestering you. Simply peruse the store and make up your own mind. This is the way I want to shop.
