5 /5 Kim Jackson: Today I wanted to get a few new makeup products. Some of mine are outdated and also my shade has changed. I also wanted to talk to somebody about makeup that I should use now that I am middle-aged. I like Dior make up now that I have gotten older. I find that their product is very high-quality and stays on all day without creasing or looking bad. I feel they have very good coverage and different varieties of skin care for different sages in your skincare routine, makeup application during your life. I met Luli D. I really appreciated that she took her time helping me. Not only in picking out foundation, concealer, bronzer, and powder, but in helping educate me on the application of the products. She really took her time, even though she was the only one in the Dior section at the time. I will definitely be back to purchase more items and to go over a few more things and get some new brushes. If you need someone to talk to about your makeup. Or go through your skin care routine that you feel needs a little brushing up. She is definitely the one to go to! Very thorough, helpful and pleasant.

5 /5 Toni Thompson: Dillards offers a variety of upscale brands in womens clothing. Today I found Lauren, Tommy Bahama, Lily, Pulitzer, a.k.a. known as Lily and Elan. Eileen Fisher, and many more. The clothing is arranged by designer and portrays a variety of ranges from swimwear to business wear to casual to upscale evening wear. The store has three stories with the first and main story for womens wear with two entrances to the mall and two entrances to Van accessible free parking. I was so busy with womens clothing that I did not even make it to the other levels. I had a little trouble finding the restroom even though it was on the store map. The signage is reasonably legible for the designer names. Today I found clothes on sale for 40%and 65% off. I found a beautiful green dress and a delightful pink formal dress Accessible venue to the store with two heavy doors to open from the parking lot with open access to the mall area. The store is very wheelchair accessible with lots of space between the displays wheelchair accessible restrooms with dedicated stall. All of the stalls have to grab bars with restrooms for men. Women and family restroom on all 3 levels. van accessible, free parking in parking lot and valet parking is available by the food court.

She helped us so much and truly went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed. She was kind, patient, and incredibly professional. Shopping was easy and enjoyable because of her. Highly recommend asking for Aida — she’s amazing!

5 /5 Chris: I had an outstanding experience at Dillard’s in Tampa thanks to Quan and Alex. I drove an hour and a half from Ocala only to realize I had left my outfit at home — and we had reservations at an exclusive restaurant with very limited time to fix the situation. Needless to say, the pressure was on. They immediately stepped in and went to work. I explained the look I was going for, gave them my size and budget, and without hesitation Quan pulled together a complete outfit — perfectly styled, perfectly fitted, and right within my budget. It was precise, efficient, and honestly elite-level service. Both of them were professional, calm, and incredibly sharp. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless, high-end experience. This is exactly what exceptional customer service looks like.
