5 /5 Ayse Gurpinar: Very nice store. Lots of good clothes for great prices. All the sales people had excellent customer service skills. The sales lady at the fitting rooms was so.polite, patient and so well organized. She was making sure that everyone get a fitting room in a very orderly fashion. The store was very crowded due to being last day of the sales. But sales associates were keeping everything under control. Cashiers were fast and prompt. No mistakes were made when discounts were taken. The plaza is also very new and nice. There are plenty of parking. Overall it was a very pleasant shopping experience. I was very impressed. Congrats to the Store Manager and the whole team at Eileen Fisher Company Store. I was at the Home Goods store at Linton recently. It was crowded. They had long lines, cashiers were slow. The one i dealt with did not take the discounts properly. Manager was a mess. They had zero customer service skills. Their registers were not properly programmed, they had misleading sale signs. What a difference between good and bad company & management.
