april crews I don’t think I’ve been in American Eagle since middle school but I really really wanted to get the tsitp sweater I saw on TikTok. I knew it was kind of a long shot because they’ve been out for a couple of weeks now. When I got there I was sad to see they were all gone but there was one still on the mannequin! The employees were kind enough to get on a ladder and check the size! That one was unfortunately too small but they were able to get the item number and look it up in there system and we were able to find one that would fit. We got it ordered for shipping and they were even able to get a coupon for me! I feel like the world has been in such a kindness drought lately but the employees being willing to go above and beyond has truly made my week! Thank you all so so much!!!!!!

Mrs. Z Shopping for a specific type of jewelry and was greeted and helped by office staff assisting floor cashiers. Both were very helpful and offered suggestions when, thinking about the great sale promotions that day, I remembered I also needed to purchase a gift soon. Cashiers are available just difficult to find upstairs…and I prefer to pay for my under garments in the ladies section, not in men’s clothing. If I wanted that type of experience I could go to TJMa**.
