1 /5 Jay Anderson: Recently came in to shop on 9/7/25 and we were so disappointed with the customer service. We walked through the store picking up shirts, trying them on, and debating on what looked best. The only time we were addressed was when we entered the store. There were 3-4 associates in the store at the time. When we walked in, we were the only ones in the store. As time passed, others entered and exited the store receiving assistance and whatnot. However, the entire duration of our visit, not one single associate checked in to see how we were doing, or if anyone could grab another size for us, etc. At one point during the visit, associates were literally standing just talking to each other and avoiding eye contact. Honestly, just rude and not helpful at all. This ultimately was our deciding factor on not buying anything in the store and buying online. So odd for this store considering the items in this store aren’t exactly inexpensive, so you would expect better service and just straight up engagement. This store should really work on treating all customers the same to ensure people don’t get the wrong idea.
