J.Crew Factory - (Near Daytona Beach, FL)

5 /5 Kimberly Green: This is the BEST J.Crew Factory Store on the entire east coast of the USA! I have been to tons of JCrew stores because this us my favorite store and none compare to the employees, the location, the cleanliness of the store, and the clothes that are in stock! I live in Jacksonville, Florida but I always skip over the St.Augustine J Crew store and drive the additional 45 minutes because the employees ALWAYS make me feel welcomed and the Tanger coupons are the added perk of course, BUT Ms.king is my favorite worker! She goes above and beyond to make everyone that enters the store feel welcomed! When I first started shopping at JCrew I would go to the St.Augustine outlet but the workers were always standing around talking and would not greet me or ask if I needed help much less offer advice! But, with Ms.King she gave me a totally different JCrew shopping experience and it’s addicting! She has truly raised the bar to what I would expect the JCrew brand to represent! The other stores always give me Ild Navy, Gap, maybe Banana Republic, but at this store I get the JCrew feeling! THANK YOU Mrs.King for showing me what true customer service is throughout the years and for always making my day!

1 /5 Tracy Booth: I really dont like to leave negative reviews but my experience was so bad in this store that I actually put the items that I had just tried on down on the nearest table and walked out with my husband. So first, let me explain why... Two sales people were working and very few people were shopping yet they didnt greet people at all. I had clothes to try on and I had to go and approach one of them to get into a locked dressing room. Again, the store was not busy and they were just folding clothes. Then as I was changing in the dressing room the LOCKED door opened without a knock first or anyone asking if it was occupied! I slammed it shut! They never apologized or said a word! They have beautiful clothes but I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE! I used to work in retail. You just dont treat people like that.

1 /5 Ian Michael: Very unfriendly staff. One of the ladies working the store was extremely rude. After trying on clothes and only buying some of the items she was upset that she had to re-fold the clothes that I did not buy, asking me in a very angry tone if I’d like her to ”clean up the fitting room”. Then she angrily started slamming hangers and clothes. I guess she was upset she had to actually work. I’m not sure but I almost left without purchasing my items because she was making me and other customers very uncomfortable and getting a lot of stares. Will not come back

1 /5 Lori Kong: We were just at j crew at tanger outlet I have said in the past that I would never shop there again only because of the most miserable angry lady I believe she is a manager. This time I really never will go in there again unless they replace that miserable human being . Today they had a leak apparently so they placed a clear tub on the floor and no signage so I stepped right into it thank good ness I did not hurt myself that crabby lady worker rolled her eyes and literally walked away ugh I’m done
