Sarah Dheays I had an outstanding experience at Anthropologie in the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, thanks to Kim and Halley! They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and attended to. Kim’s product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made my shopping experience delightful, while Hailey’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Kim Jackson Today I wanted to get a few new makeup products. Some of mine are outdated and also my shade has changed. I also wanted to talk to somebody about makeup that I should use now that I am middle-aged. I like Dior make up now that I have gotten older. I find that their product is very high-quality and stays on all day without creasing or looking bad. I feel they have very good coverage and different varieties of skin care for different sages in your skincare routine, makeup application during your life. I met Luli D. I really appreciated that she took her time helping me. Not only in picking out foundation, concealer, bronzer, and powder, but in helping educate me on the application of the products. She really took her time, even though she was the only one in the Dior section at the time. I will definitely be back to purchase more items and to go over a few more things and get some new brushes. If you need someone to talk to about your makeup. Or go through your skin care routine that you feel needs a little brushing up. She is definitely the one to go to! Very thorough, helpful and pleasant.

Evan Marcus Legendary 2nd hand boutique with the freshest menswear in Miami. Specifically Stëph and Sklüman are iconic shopkeepers with elevated and discerning taste - my go-to stylist in pinch situations with a flair for the intersection of the nostalgic and cutting edge. Photos attached.

Kimberly Green This is the BEST J.Crew Factory Store on the entire east coast of the USA! I have been to tons of JCrew stores because this us my favorite store and none compare to the employees, the location, the cleanliness of the store, and the clothes that are in stock! I live in Jacksonville, Florida but I always skip over the St.Augustine J Crew store and drive the additional 45 minutes because the employees ALWAYS make me feel welcomed and the Tanger coupons are the added perk of course, BUT Ms.king is my favorite worker! She goes above and beyond to make everyone that enters the store feel welcomed! When I first started shopping at JCrew I would go to the St.Augustine outlet but the workers were always standing around talking and would not greet me or ask if I needed help much less offer advice! But, with Ms.King she gave me a totally different JCrew shopping experience and it’s addicting! She has truly raised the bar to what I would expect the JCrew brand to represent! The other stores always give me Ild Navy, Gap, maybe Banana Republic, but at this store I get the JCrew feeling! THANK YOU Mrs.King for showing me what true customer service is throughout the years and for always making my day!

Corey Godden John…..the best customer service I have ever received. I have been fitted for 6 different weddings and never have I received this level of undivided attention and helpfulness in any of my previous visits to other companies offering the same services. John’s expertise and knowledge is top notch, and I would highly encourage anyone seeking services of this nature to come visit John at Lakeside Village.
