Anita Griffin About a month ago, I had the absolute PLEASURE of being taken care of by Cynthia. CATO is so very fortunate to have her as an employee- her communication, customer service and genuine compassion is so rare in today’s world. She was beyond attentive and offered suggestions, honest feedback on how things looked and styling advice I seriously needed! Because of her help and abilities, I spent a few hundred dollars more than I would have had I not had her expertise. Two CATOs stores that I used to frequent have both closed. I always loved CATOs and decided to drive out to the MetroWest store and I am so glad I did. I will be a regular shopper again and hope I am lucky enough to meet up with Cynthia.

Scott P. Neumann (Scottie) I just visited this particular store today & its been my first time in a Hot Topic in a really long time. As soon as I walked in Katie & another employee (I didnt get her name) greeted me & seemed legitimately happy to see me. They were very accommodating & asked if I needed help with anything. I immediately found a shirt I wanted, the stores layout is perfect. If I had more time on my visit I wouldve bought more but I was in a hurry. However I will definitely be returning as similar to FYE the quality merchandise was overwhelmingly awesome. From the selection of stuff at this store alone I could find gifts for everyone on my Birthday/Christmas list. The employees really seemed to connect with the customers, I saw a very enjoyable interaction with a repeat customer while I was there. Its nice the staff takes time to get to know their customers, they werent pushy or rabid for sales either. Overall this seems like such a great place, Ill totally shop here again

Evelyn Nogueras I love this shop, but unfortunately it is closing and converting to an online store. I hate to see it go. I will miss looking at the beautiful adorned windows on my way to work.

Jessica Camacho My favorite store. I always find something nice to wear. Nice fit for any type of size and more for a plus size like me. Has been years wearing clothes from Cato. Never disappointed me . I wish I have more stores near by.

Nicole B.H. Lori was wonderful! She helped pick out outfits and gave honest opinions. She even gave us some fashion tips. Such a great personality and so helpful. Also the store has a good selection and reasonable prices. I like that its small and not so overwhelming compared to other stores.
