4 /5 Smity Samson: Promised Land Thrift is a great place strictly, if you are searching for cheap affordable clothes. But, if you are into buying housewares or other items like kitchen utensils. Their prices are often quite uncompetitive compared to the chain thrift stores like Goodwill, and Salvation Army. Its totally not a bad place, for this reason. The atmosphere, and staff were always very friendly and welcoming, something I definitely cant get anywhere else. By, visiting other thrift stores. The selection definitely favors clothes and shoes, over most everything else. Not a bad thing. But, do your research on the prices specifically on the kitchen wares, plates, utensils, and the glass ware. First, before you buy. I would recommend them, strictly for the ability of getting cheap, affordable clothes. And, their excellent customer service. Also, the seamless donation process is something that I can highly recommend to anyone looking to donate.

1 /5 Michelle Pickar: This is a cute place and prices are excellent. However...Ive been here 3 times. Each time there was the same shopper there. She is Spanish speaking and will follow you closely, speaking in Spanish. Very intrusive. She will watch and see what you are looking at and if she thinks you will buy it (like you looked at it for a long time but hung it back up) she comes and grabs it quick. When staff puts out new product they walk up to her first and ask if she wants it before hanging it up. So not fair I asked her 3 times the other day to please give me space and she rudely said she was just trying to help me. I told the staff how annoying it was and they just said ..well, she comes here like every day. Okay? So? That means she can be disturbing to others? I wont come back for this reason. I ft very uneasy around this woman.

5 /5 David Hamilton: We took a risk coming here because it was a drive, but it was worth it. The store is well organized and almost feels like a boutique it is so tidy and nicely presented. Kids clothes are $1 each and shoes for $2. Adult shirts are $2 and dresses are $4 as of October 2021. They also have a nice selection of linens.
