5 /5 Lance Kime: I had a great experience shopping at The Children’s Place! Not only is the staff super friendly but they helped me find what I needed and more. It’s clean, well organized and has the cutest clothes for kids. Highly recommend this location at the Melbourne Square Mall!

I was in a huge rush trying to pack for a flight and had very little time, but she made everything so easy. I knew what I wanted, and Celina listened so well — she instantly brought me great options for both my son and daughter for events leading up to my sister’s wedding. It honestly felt like she could read exactly what I was envisioning! I was in and out of the store with *everything* I needed — clothes, shoes, belts, and accessories. I’ve always loved The Children’s Place for their kids’ clothes, but this level of customer service made me appreciate the store even more. For someone who usually dreads shopping in person, this experience absolutely amazing!

5 /5 Priscilla: Such cute clothes! Staff is super friendly and is always available to help me when picking out outfits for my Grandchildren. Both managers at the time helped me this visit and was amazing! Even convinced me to apply for the credit card! Will be back soon!

5 /5 Mayra Crawford: I dont really leave reviews but this was a must for me, I entered the store and immediately was greeted I did not know the young lady but a few mins later she asked if we needed help,once we told her about our son and trying to find the right size because he is in between sizes,crystal I believe was her name she went over and beyond friendly and kind she even went as far in the back to try and fine something to help us. I want you to know that we need more customer service like that in this world. Thank you crystal for all your help!

5 /5 Kk: I love shopping at this location! The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I was able to purchase the cutest dress and shoes for my daughter’s VPK graduation and even purchased a few extra items the manager Celina showed me. I always get compliments on my daughter’s clothes from the store!
