1 /5 Tina Chlapowski: Long time customer who will never gift Loft another dime of my money. Set a bag down to look at folded sweaters and mistakenly left the bag behind. Called the next morning before the store was open to ask if they had my bag and whoever answered the phone was so incredibly rude it was infuriating. I was kind and grateful, tried to give my name and say when I would be in to pick up and her exact words were “I don’t have time for this, I have a million things to do” and she literally hung up on me. I guess you’re only considered a valuable customer if you’re standing in front of them with your credit card. Wishing I hadn’t spent several hundred dollars there the night before. There is never a valid excuse to treat someone that way!
