5 /5 Danita Jayy: I always enjoy this location as well as the other one in PBG..great selection of clothing, beauty products, fragrances, house hold, and pet items! I can always count on TJ maxx for a good deal.. friendly staff is also a bonus. Nayeli was my cashier, she was super sweet! I did end up having to return a few items ( no faults) and Carolina was a sweet heart!

1 /5 Denise King: Was waiting in line in the jewelry department where a worker told me to stand to pay for a purse yesterday. When she mentioned to the two women working there that I would check out there, they gave her a dirty look and proceeded to leave me standing there while helping others. The one younger girl could have rang me up while the women was looking but seemed to be deliberately ignorning me. Then the other women freed up and I asked her to ring me up. Another dirty look and her response was that she would in a minute. I was very polite and just let it be, but I WILL NEVER go there again, nor will I recommend this location.

4 /5 TINA DAVIS: Good high end dresses and designers. I ended up getting a bracelet but the girl at the jewelry counter had a poor attitude. She Definitely needs to work stocking not with customers. This was 11.22.25 around 9a

5 /5 Michael Kulpa: Good selection of clothes at a good price for my wife who purposely forgets items to give her an excuse to shop!! Store was overall clean. One area was a little messy and bins were out to restock inventory. Staff was polite.

1 /5 Ashlyn Patsones: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to return a pair of earrings I bought two days ago as a gift for my friend. She already has them. I didn’t have the receipt and I also cut the price off cause I didn’t want her to see the price as anyone would do for a gift. I purchased these earring two days ago with the tjmax credit card . They said there was NOTHING they could do because they needed that exact item I order to do the return. I called the lantana location and they said they would take it back no problem even if they didn’t have those pair of earrings. I drove and extra 30 minutes because this location refused to help me. The lantan location took it back, without a receipt and without having that exact pair of earrings to “scan” . I will never return to this location again . I’ve worked retail and I’ve managed retail this is not how you treat loyal customers, I will only go to the lantana location which is a 30 min drive from my home. They were sweet , understanding and 100% helpful. The manager at the palm beach lakes and the cashier were rude and unhelpful just absolutely a terrible experience.
