Cris Martin I came into JCPENNY totally upset because I forgot my bathing suit and we were going on an 8 night cruise out of Tampa. As soon as I walked in I saw Sophia. She smiled and asked if she could help me find anything. I said yes, please tell me you have bathing suits. She said yes, I could of cried, and she directed me to where I could find them. I found the perfect bathing suit in my size and walked to the counter to pay for it with tears in my eyes. I told her she saved my entire vacation. I was so happy and she was so nice. I was very disappointed when I went online to do the survey because the access code is only good for 7 days. Like I said we went on an 8 night cruise. I would just like to say to Sophia, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I had a wonderful vacation laying out in the sun in my new bathing suit. I so appreciate her and her help.
