1 /5 Brooke Shoemake: Ive been to this location a few times over the last couple of months to pick up orders or make returns. Both times, the store manager was extremely rude. He interrupted me and talked over me when I was trying to explain an issue. Then another time he pressured me to make an exchange when I came in to make a return. He also came off as weirdly intimidating, almost like he was trying to make me feel bad about waiting until the last day to pick up my order. Oh and he also told me to get in line behind some other customers to do my return, which was fine, but then he made me move when I stood in the wrong place. I could understand if it was a longer line, but the store was practically empty and there was only one other customer in front of me and noone behind me. It just seemed a bit much. I usually order online, and I dread having to come into this location because of him. From now on Ill be going to a different location if I have to visit a store in person for any reason.
