She went above and beyond—not just helping me, but assisting other customers and supporting fellow employees at the same time. Hanna I visited Children’s Place today, and I had an incredible experience. The store manager, Charles, was absolutely fantastic! His warm and friendly demeanor made a world of difference. My mom and I were shopping for an outfit for my brother for a funeral, and Charles was incredibly attentive and kind throughout the process. He truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect outfit. This store is now my go-to place for my brother’s clothes, and I can’t thank Charles enough for his exceptional customer service.
