Ann Taylor Factory Store - (Near Dawsonville, GA)

1 /5 Shaila Tejani: I went in to the store to return an item. The purchase was a wonderful experience however the return was not. The associate, a senior lady had an attitude from the beginning. Racial profiling was my first impression. She turned the blouse inside out. She found an ink mark and a thread in vaguest of places inside the neck area which I have no clue how I would a get a pen mark there. She kept insisting that I had done that even though the tag was attached and the top had not been worn which one could tell by looking at it since it was white. I remarked that we don’t check outfits inside out when we buy them and maybe the pen mark could have happened before I bought it. Anyways finally, the manager a young girl was called. She didn’t question or say anything and did the return. Never going back there. Am an Ann Taylor fan but taking my business elsewhere.

4 /5 Marlena Spence: First time in this store, a wonderful selection for the professional woman for both work and casual wear. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the clothing, better materials and workmanship, but it only rated the 4 stars instead of 5 as customer service was bit lacking. While everyone was helpful, had to track down someone every time we needed help or a different size. A dedicated fitting room associate would be perfect, cut down on wait time and frustration.

1 /5 Tram Ngo: The worst shopping experience I have ever had in the US. The Store Manager was ridiculously racist and didnt respect the customers. I left the feedback and told her that I would never come back, and she was mean and thanked me for that?? Services were poor and lack customer obsession.

4 /5 Monika Berger: If you like Ann Taylor fashion, this is a good place to buy it. The service is very considerate and you get the product at significantly better prices than in regular stores. I like buying my professional outfits there.
