5 /5 Lakisha Buchanan: I went to visit this location after seeing a purse online that I really liked, but wanted to see it in person. The store is very organized, beautiful, and clean. They had a lot of discounts and the staff is so very kind and helpful!

4 /5 lK. C.: I found a Couch bag online that I wanted on 2023 Black Friday sale but wouldnt receive delivery in my needed timeframe. I called the nearest outlet in Calhoun, GA and they had one & held it for me until that evening. The store was busy when I arrived about 6pm Black Friday. However, there were many employees on the floor, a nice selection of products & good stanchions set up for line control to the register. (Some of the displays were a bit messy & I believe presentation is key to retail sales.) I had no wait at the register, (only one cashier at the registers) & my bag, the "Val Bucket" had been held & the transaction processed seamlessly. The employee, an Asian young man, put my purse in a bag & handed it to me. I was disappointed he did not offer a gift box, tissue paper OR a thank you. Overall, good experience with a few exceptions, as noted.

5 /5 Fernanda Zapata: the customer service here was great Ariana and Shannon were so kind and helpful. I came in to do a return/exchange for a purse I purchased online and they were able to help me. I was able to purchase a new purse in store and Shannon was able to help me locate a different purse I’ve been looking for. Overall a good experience here!

However, a staff member provided exceptional service by locating one in Washington State and arranging for expedited shipping. I am highly appreciative of their assistance.
