Tiff I believe we dealt with the manager because they were super knowledgeable on how to apply discounts! One of our items was marked up in the system that didnt match the price tag but they dealt with it very quickly. She was even so kind as to help carry the items out to the car for us! Reba I decided to go shopping here because i needed a couple pairs of long pants since the weather has been so cold. I was in a depressed mood because i have a very hard time finding pants that fit . I have a large butt, skinny calves, and a bit of fat that likes to hang over the waist line. As i tried on clothes i got discouraged seeing myself in the mirror. One of the nice girls that work there asked me if i needed any help or another size. i opened the dressing room curtain and showed her how horrible i looked in the pants. I was crying . She was very nice and made me feel better by suggesting a different style of pants and by reassuring me that we would find something that i would feel comfortable in. All the girls that worked in the store started bringing me things to try on and were honest by letting me know what looked flattering on me. I ended up finding a lot of things that i feel beautiful in . One pair of the jeans even makes my malproportioned legs look great. I am thankful for all the girls help and i feel like we are all friends now. I will be back for sure !!

Carenjames Campbell I like Jill store. Their clothes are pricey, but when they have a sale, it’s usually very good. The staff is extremely helpful and very nice. You definitely have a boutique feel and they take an interest in finding outfits that would look good on you.

Angelina House I had the pleasure of shopping at Jcrew and Neha and assisted me and my husband find some clothes. She was so incredibly kind and helpful! And we had a lot of fun shopping with her! My husband is usually a pretty simple guy and he was hesitant to shop at j crew but she showed him some great simple shirts and we ended up buying him several shirts. I LOVE that nearly everything in the store is 100% cotton and soft. We can trust we are putting good quality fabric on our skin. Thank you Jcrew!
