2 /5 Andrea Ilkov: Im a frequent shopper at Kirkland, purchasing essentials for both my home and business. However, this particular location never makes me feel welcome. Despite living nearby, I prefer to visit the Barrett location instead. Unfortunately, the manager at this store always seems to be in a bad mood. Ive stopped asking questions because every time I visit, her demeanor and vibes are unfriendly. In my opinion, the manager would benefit from customer service training to learn how to properly interact with customers, who are, after all, the backbone of their business.
