Eniale Lawreese I was visiting a friend in Georgia and had the opportunity to shop Belk. The salesperson was a beautiful young lady who helped me and made the experience a beautiful one.

Camille I don’t know why I did this to myself again. I usually shop at the Villa Rica store but because I was in a time crunch and this store has a bigger selection, I came to this Douglasville store. Everytime I come to this location the manager is rude. She is always in a hurry and talks in a condensending tone. I was purchasing 3 jumpsuits. Asked if I could have the hangers. She shook her head no and said they have to reuse them every week. I waited a little bit and then explained that the material wrinkles in the hot car so I was hoping to hang them up. She said she has plenty of clothes made in this material and she takes them straight out of the dryer and hangs them up. I didn’t even reply to that comment because I didn’t say anything about washing the clothes. I had said something about them being in my hot car and getting wrinkled in the bag. Once again this location proving my point of why I don’t shop here and way I shop at my Villa Rica store where the employees are friendly and always willing to help in any way they can.

Kimra Tollefson Every time I have been in this store they have been helpful and have had great service. Tonight was no different. Even when we get someone fairly new they try to help and seem eager to learn how to do better from their manager, who is very personable and not pushy! Definitely one of my favorite stores!

Gloria It might be small but the service is excellent. I dropped in a few weeks ago on my lunch break with a list of Christmas gifts I needed to buy and explained this to the sales person. She took the time to personally take me to each section of the store and made great suggestions that helped me stay within my budget. I was able to complete half my shopping on my lunch break. Thank you so much!

Daryl Price I have always been a little partial to this store. Ms Sherri is great, and was always extra sweet to my mother. Helpful and friendly..this describes the ladies here.

W4nderer A very neat and well organized store! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful western wear that may seem pricey until you realize the quality. Ill probably go back many times.
