Princess Black It’s been years since I’ve gone into a Hot Topic, and during my recent visit, the customer service was absolutely amazing. There was a worker named Shay who helped me out. She was happy to help me look for items I couldn’t find and suggest other items she thought might be interested in. I ended up walking out of the store with way more items than I intended to buy walking in. Her assistance was much appreciated, and she’s made a Hot Topic regular customer out of me. This all happened about a month ago. I would’ve left a review sooner, but I just found my lost receipt with her name on it now; she definitely deserves a good review.

I C I always go to the Calhoun location when shopping if not online. This one visit was above and beyond. Faith greeted me, showed me all the deals, and checked me out. She was so delightful and did her job. I went in for bras and came out with great deals. Faith is a great salesperson and an absolute joy. What a blessing for this location. I’ll definitely be back for the personal experience.

Michelle Ditchkoff Volk I loved this store when it opened many years ago but it is slowly losing its sparkle. Its pretty messy and usually the last Target to put out seasonal items. The store has what I need but is a bit messy with a side of dirty. The parking lot is gross and not kept clean. Overall I will always run in there but I dont always expect o find what I am looking for.
