1 /5 Haley McNair: I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to ask for a plastic garment bag. I finally got to the front. The young lady said I don’t have any with me, try the men’s department. I went over to the men’s department and the unpleasant elderly worker looked me in my face and told me I could not have one. I told her I don’t mind paying for one. She told me no, and I would have to buy something. This workers demeanour is not fit for customer service whatsoever. If I could describe the way, she was looking at me this review would be just as nasty as she was. I asked the manager too and she was stand offish and said “No they ran out” and turned back around and completely disregarded me. I’ve Spent money here numerous times within the past year.

1 /5 Becca B: Gainesville Ga BELK!!! I purchased a LV Purse 6 weeks ago. The strap broke - took it back only to be told No Refunds No exchanges!!! Too much money for a purse that doesn’t last longer than 6 weeks. The staff and store mgr DID NOT CARE!! I will NOT be back!!
