Jaiden Anderson I recently stopped by J.Jill and had the absolute pleasure of working with Chantel. She was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find pieces that worked for me—not just selling clothes. Chantel took the time to understand my style and needs, brought me thoughtful options I wouldn’t have picked on my own, and styled several complete looks that I ended up purchasing. Her eye for fit, color, and versatility is outstanding. I left feeling confident, excited about my purchases, and very well taken care of. Customer service like this is rare. Chantel is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly personable. She turned a simple shopping trip into a great experience, and I will absolutely be back because of her. If you shop at J.Jill, ask for Chantel—you won’t be disappointed.

Dan S Very helpful and friendly staff. Checked on us multiple times without being overbearing. They came around periodically to take away clothes that I had decided I wasnt going to buy at the fitting room. Store was clean and all clothes were easily accessible. The bathroom couldve used some cleaning, but at least one was available to customers.

Cora Jackson Very helpful sales associates, friendly too. Had 25% sale on already marked down clothes and apparel when I went on a Friday evening. Clearly marked sections for petite and regular sizes. Always have quality goods. Got a cute summer top and used my promo $30 off certificate!!!

Reba I decided to go shopping here because i needed a couple pairs of long pants since the weather has been so cold. I was in a depressed mood because i have a very hard time finding pants that fit . I have a large butt, skinny calves, and a bit of fat that likes to hang over the waist line. As i tried on clothes i got discouraged seeing myself in the mirror. One of the nice girls that work there asked me if i needed any help or another size. i opened the dressing room curtain and showed her how horrible i looked in the pants. I was crying . She was very nice and made me feel better by suggesting a different style of pants and by reassuring me that we would find something that i would feel comfortable in. All the girls that worked in the store started bringing me things to try on and were honest by letting me know what looked flattering on me. I ended up finding a lot of things that i feel beautiful in . One pair of the jeans even makes my malproportioned legs look great. I am thankful for all the girls help and i feel like we are all friends now. I will be back for sure !!

Sara Collins If you want to see what the Mean Girls cast acts like in their seventies, then you need to visit this store. I have been a customer for over 25 years, but the last several times I have walked into this location, I have been treated so rudely by associates there. They would rather talk to their friends visiting or with each other than help customers look for different sizes or suggest pieces that complement what you are looking for. The first few times, I dismissed their rude behavior due to halving a bad day or ignorance, but after what I saw today, I think they are just plain rude, arrogant and discriminatory. I love Talbots, but I will be spending my money elsewhere.
