2 /5 Brooklyn Iman: We walked in on 1/26/25 around 3:12pm and the lady didn’t say “Welcome in” and there was no music playing just dead silence. She was also on her phone and still didn’t acknowledge us. There was another customer who walked in and she said “Welcome to Cato” to her and my mom and I decided to leave once we heard that. When working in customer service you don’t choose who you want to greet nor do you have your head down the whole time appearing half sleep or on your phone. My mom walked out while saying “Thanks for the welcome” and then that’s when the lady was like “I did say welcome” anywho whoever she was she needs to be coached about this incident.

2 /5 Jennifer “Jenni” Klappich: 1) Staff are awesome 2) shop is clean BUTT… The sizes make no sense. I wear a 14/16 which is usually like a 1x. Here some of the clothes that fit were 3x. The sizing seemed super inconsistent. It’s fast fashion but it charges more name brand prices. I went once and bought a skirt I fell in love with and a cute pair of pumpkin spice earrings. I probably won’t go back because of the price range.

5 /5 Wserita Go: Good selection of items at this store. The ladies are helpful and kind. They also care for some community cats and keep them fixed, vaccinated and fed. Love that they support the local CATOs! Makes me love the store even more.

5 /5 Teri Walthour: The dressing rooms are closed so I bought a bunch of stuff I liked and brought it home to try on. They told me I could return any items that didnt fit as long as the tags were still on them. That worked out great cause I could try on the clothes and also match up with items from my closest. I kept 7 of 14 items and when I returned them today I found 8 more to bring home and try. The clothes are cute and much of the store has been marked down. Such a deal!
