Hibbett - (Near Monroe, GA)

2 /5 BJ MANEY: I love the products but the customer service is awful. I’ve been to this location three times this week and each time my order is not ready for pick up. I get there, i tell them what I’m there for, THEN they pull my order. All while acting like it’s an inconvenience. It’s not just this location, it’s every one I’ve ordered from. I’m going to keep ordering obviously, but just know if you order online to pick up in store, you’ll have to go tell them that you ordered hours ago, THEN they’ll pull it

1 /5 Paki Max: Bought a hat at Hibbett Don’t Care. Employee was glued to his phone, walked away before finishing the sale, and left someone else to deal with it. Zero customer service. Zero courtesy. Would not recommend.

1 /5 spencer mccain: Worst customer service experience. My dad and I went in to this store to purchase a pair of shoes that was listed online and in stock. We walked into the store and met the cashier in the middle of store and asked her if they had this pair in stock… her response, if you see them on the wall we got em, and we asked if can you help us, which she responded no I will not help you and you can find them yourself. Never will I shop at this location again. This is women should not be in a customer service role.
