I’ve never waited more than 2 days for them to call & say “your items ready for pick up” LOVE THEM! Everyone is nice & helpful.

They offer vinyl, embroidery, and even engraving. Own many many pieces of everything they offer and I find something new each time! My go to place for wedding, shower, birthday, and Christmas gifts for that personal touch. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Locally owned. Shop local and support small businesses!

1 /5 Donna Neill: Very Very Poor!!! Bought a baby quilt to be monogrammed. I was encouraged to go ahead and get a bear and was told both could be monogrammed to match. NOT TRUE!!! They just monogrammed the bear how ever they chose, using mixed thread to their liking after I requested the whole name in dark brown. I was told after they did the monogramming that the letters I wanted would not fit!!! No more bears in stock for corrections!!! Now the quilt and bear does not match!!!! Then they tried to smooth it over by consoling me and saying how cute and good it looked to them. I should have not been charged for this awful monogramming!!! So glad we did not buy the car mats we were going to get!!! Next time—Southern Charm in Griffin!!! These people upset me to no end after making over $200 in purchases. In it for the money!!! This will probably get deleted, they only want the #5 ratings to show!!! That tells it all!! Praying for these people✝️
