Kimberly Shipman If I could leave 0 stars I would. The store didn’t have my size in a shoe so they ordered my size online. I received the shoes and they still didn’t fit. I took them back up to this store that I order them from and they refused to give me a refund. It’s been under 30 days I had my receipt and the tags still on the shoes. The manager didn’t give me her name and refused to give me corporates number but it was the African American manager lady on the shift at 12 today at this location in Lagrange ga. She has a crooked eye! She proceeded to say the shoes had been worn when I only tried on one shoe. How could they have been worn with the tags still on them and they didn’t fit me?? She continued to make jokes to other customers about not trying on their shoes outside if you’re going to return them when I did no such thing. She was very nasty and unprofessional to be a manager. She was also making fun of another one of her workers calling them messy in front of customers when she’s clearly the messy one there. There was no reason she couldn’t have returned my shoes if it was under 30 days and they still had tags on them. I did contact corporate. This lady should be fired and Belk has lost a loyal customer today. This kind of customer service is unacceptable!

Desiree Green Farmers Furniture in Wrightsville, Ga is by far the friendliest one I’ve been to. Customer service was great! I didn’t have to ask for an explanation on anything. They explained everything very well. Showed me everything I needed to know about my washer and dryer. I also purchased my two queen size beds from there. The delivery was awesome and my items were set up as I wanted them. Thanks so much Mr. Josh and your team.

autumn swain Tonight me and my husband went into belk to get a few things and we didn’t realize our belk rewards card was expired. We went home but couldn’t find the new one that was sent out. We called the store and they said they would help us do it manually. We came back in and the manual way wasn’t working either. At this point it was about 10 - 15 minutes before closing but the manager told us that they would stay open to help us. They called the customer service from the store and helped us get it all sorted out. They were all so helpful and kind and didn’t waiver once in trying to help. 10/10 would recommend. If I didn’t already love belk this would have sold me.

Melisa Richey I wanted to do a big shout out for your Clinique sales team. I really loved the lady who helped me match up my makeup and help me with my Clinique specials you have going on sets. The associates number was 016143 todays date is 11/6/2025 and it was at 5:07 p.m. I do think that your salesperson in your shoe department could afford to have some additional help. She seemed very overwhelmed which I have worked in the shoe Department before and it was horrible. I think its horrible how employees are expected to stand the whole time for 8 hours when managers doesnt:do it. But there was a lady in the line with a walker and she had cancer and she was returning some shoes and then the lady she had a question for the lady real quick and the lady pretty well told her that she need to get to the back of the line which Im a CNA and sometimes if its an older person with a walker youve got to be a little bit more I would say tactful. I know people are supposed to wait their turn but not like this situation where the lady is returning the shoes with the walker on top of the walker and then bending over it barely can walk I mean I think we younger people which Im almost 60 but I dont look it can wait a couple minutes to help someone out with cancer. She seemed quite overwhelmed. But my point here was that I really appreciated the ladies and the Clinique department for making my visit a lot more joyful. And to tell you the truth if I had not felt like I was stressing a lady out so bad I probably would have bought more shoes. But I really could say I would blame the management because they probably were either not working or sitting in the back somewhere Im assuming. Instead of making employee stand all day that are older and running for shoes and look like you have buy one get one so Lord only knows what the lady was going through. So nice to say Im not maybe blaming the lady for seeming kind of attitude and overwhelmed as much as Im blaming management for making her that way. I say happy employees or going to be happy if they are being able to pay their bills and not being overly worked, So I dont know what the situation was . But what it look like to me. Because the Clinique department wasnt acting like that. So l am saying your lady needed some help in the shoe department . I seen another lady running around with a red shirt on I dont know what she was doing I think she worked over there too.
