Blowingbubbles I love and thank God for Willis Boutique! The customer service appreciation and the love of Ms. Dot and Wanda from 1976 until today is rare and a Jewel that is appreciated. Thank you both for the laughter the love and the joy and the beautiful clothing you gifted the community with. Wanda you did it with excellence in the days after covid. Every time that I received a compliment and a " where did you get that? My reply " Wanda & Ms. Dot " the Infamous " Dot Willis - Willis Boutique" I love you and again thank you. In the title of the movie of Shirley Temple " Baby Take a Bow" Well deserved.

Localshopper I came in looking for outfits and the owner was dismissive when I asked about new arrivals, rude, and made no effort to help, while giving much better service to another customer and when I asked again about new arrivals she responded in a condescending tone, saying, “We get arrivals. Every. Single. Day.” Extremely disappointing. BAD customer service and it doesn’t seem like they get daily or frequent arrivals because you could find more variety at Walmart.

Adalyn Pittman I stopped by a week or so before Christmas to browse in this super cute shop! Friendly and helpful staff. Organized with unique items (and not overly crowded). I had an issue with one of my purchases. The staff quickly tried to resolve it, offering my money back, but I really wanted the item, so chose to have them try to get it in good, working order. Unfortunately, even after several attempts, the item still did not work to my satisfaction, so they promptly refunded my money without any issues. I am a very satisfied customer as good customer service and standing behind items sold seems to be a lost art. I HIGHLY recommend More than Antiques.
