5 /5 Lisa T: BEST "in-store" service consistently at this location. The associates work very hard at maintaining the successful model of customer service, which has been dying elsewhere. I continue to visit the Rockford store in person!
Update:
Do not order online - as Chicos Corporate still has chosen to not fix their software issues that have been reported and known for quite some time (just made 3rd unsuccessful attempt at buying online). Chat is AI and doesn’t work. Corporate just does not care as much as in-store professionals do.
I love "in-store" shopping at Chicos!
