4 /5 Lamia Farmer BSN, RN, CMSRN: I think it’s quite silly for all the other stores in Geneva Commons to close at 9PM but your store closes at 8PM. I drove 30 miles to go to your store but you were closing in 5 minutes, and I was told immediately upon stepping through doors. The hours aren’t even displayed anywhere. Like I said I think that’s silly.

1 /5 Heidi Schulenberg: Visiting from out of town after Christmas and I went in to the store for dress pants and shoes for my boys. Came back the next day and easily returned the shoes they wouldnt wear. Thats 5 star stuff there. The one star rating is for "Rosie" the manager who wouldnt price adjust a pair of leggings/pajama leggings labeled $15 on a table with multiple pairs of said rainbow leggings in the same place as pajama leggings. Sweet associate (not Rosie) came and told me they were actually Knit Leggings and were full price of $39.95. Right thing to do would be to acknowledge your mistake in placement of knit leggings in pajamas, give the advertised price (wish I took a picture), and quickly move them so no one else made the same assumption. Scarves on table were also not labeled correctly. Glad I didnt pick up one of those. Im not knowledgeable on sku numbers to know what is labeled PJs and leggings. They wouldve been pjs for me. So I left. Customers dont forget how they are treated in Retail. And especially when it shouldve been a do the right thing scenario.
