Erika H This Ross was very well stocked and organized. They had tons of home decor, and clothing for all sizes. Their prices are amazing, and they always have a lot of items marked down even lower. Staff were friendly and doing an amazing job with restocking, organizing and cleaning the store. I definitely miss being in the area, since I graduated from SIUE. I need to come back more.

Michele Ogle Thank you Brandi for all your help! My experience was with the bakery this past weekend and it was excellent. I placed a order for a half a sheet cake and 24 cupcakes. They were for my Dads 90th birthday. Brandi did a excellent job. My order was ready for pickup on time. The cake and cupcakes looked beautiful. I placed another order for 78 cupcakes. They were for my dads birthday as well for another celebration. They were decorated beautifully like the ones previously ordered. The cupcakes were delicious. They were moist and the buttercream icing was delicious. We had a lot of compliments on the cake and cupcakes.

Minda Turner Friendly and informative staff. Very busy but took time with each customer to ensure all questions were answered. Even took time with me to see what available plans would work for my needs at the lowest cost. Also so them do something for another customer that was not their responsibility. It was actually for another company and they still did it to save time and money for a non customer of theirs!!

Adrianne Gecan I was recently at this store getting some last min school clothes for my kids. I was alone, wandering the store when a horribly blood curdling scream came from a few rows down. As the screaming continued I saw a young boy (approx 6) with his father. The boy was clearly on the autism spectrum and was obviously overwhelmed and over-stimulated. (Bright lights, loud music, people, clothes racks etc) the father of this boy was amazing! He stayed calm, quiet, and got down to his sons level. As I went over to give this dad some words of encouragement (as a fellow special needs parent, myself) a couple of lovely sales girls came over to ask how they could help! The father and I both said "the music is too loud for him" and right then they went to the sound system and turned the music way down! Everyone was willing to help this man, help his son. And they did so in a very kind, non-judgmental way! It meant a lot to me, and Im sure it meant the world to that father!!! Cudos to the Saturday (8/19/23) afternoon staff and bless you all!!
