Rainbow Shops - (Near Clinton Township, MI)

1 /5 Varissa Bright: Do not come here unless you want to deal with terrible customer service. When I went there earlier today both people in the store were extremely rude no one was helpful, the racks are so close together you can barely walk. When I went to check out I stood at the counter for a good 3 minutes waiting for the lady to stop scrolling on her phone. And she didn’t even take all the sensors off because when I went to walk out the store the alarm went off. I had my daughter with my and she was walking out the door I was trying to get her back in so that I could go back to the check out counter but the other person that work there yelled at me you need to come back. (Obviously I know this) Even another customer was like she’s trying to get her daughter. They don’t have a fitting room so I was unable to try anything on I didn’t even want to buy anything based off their crappy attitudes. I went home tried everything on and had 3 things I needed to return when I got back there the lady was mad disrespectful and should not work in customer service. I never leave reviews but how poorly I was treated when I went there was ridiculous and I will never be back save your money for another place that actually knows how to treat their customers.

1 /5 Jacky Tesch: I am new shopper at Rainbow I came in on two separate occasions and bought some clothes a day apart from each other because they were so cute and comfortable. When I went to return them because they did not fit, the manager on duty was extremely rude. I tried to return a bra that was too small and she met me with rudeness in an attitude and told me that I couldn’t return them. I explained to her that I didn’t even wear it and she told me that that didn’t matter and pointed at a sign with extremely small print that I couldn’t read because I didn’t have my glasses at the time of purchase and I cannot read small print. As a consumer, I am extremely annoyed because none of your employees proceeded to tell me about the no exchange/return policy because had of they told me that I would’ve never bought the item. Then one of the tags had came off of the outfit and she tried to tell me that I couldn’t return that one even though I just bought it yesterday now some of the clothes that I have bought are extremely comfortable, but due to your poor customer service and lack of care or responsibility, I will not be returning, which is very disheartening because your clothes for plus size girls are very cute and fashionable, but I refuse to spend my money somewhere where I am disregarded

5 /5 Sierra Uglis: This place was AMAZING! The staff made my shopping experience so much better and easier! They were so nice and SO HELPFUL!! I will DEFINITELY be back!
