1 /5 Lauren Oswalt: My husband purchased a sweater for me 10 days ago from this store, a Christmas gift. It didn’t fit right, so I went there to return it. The sales lady asked for a receipt, I didn’t have one bc it was a gift. Apparently, they can’t do any kind of return or exchange or ANYTHING without a reciept. This is NOT listed at the register. As saleslady repeatedly told me “the reciept says this”. Well duh, I don’t have the reciept. THEN she asked when it was purchased, my husband showed her his phone with a Dec 18 purchase. Her register didn’t go back that far— um, what? 10 days??? So now I’m stuck with a sweater I don’t like, and a bad taste in my mouth from the rude sales lady with green hair and a terrible store return policy. Don’t go to this store.
