4 /5 Lynn Gouge: Not quite the quality of many years ago but still higher-priced. Since sizes vary trying on is a must. I can still find some well made stylish pieces. As always staff is exceptional. Tired of returning catalog pieces, Im grateful theres still a brick and mortar store where I can touch feel and try on pieces. Their sales are always attractive. Still a go to.

1 /5 Emily: I have neve written a negative review but I was totally shocked by what happened at this location. Today my mom and I came to the store to make a return. My mom was very calm and reasonable with her requests and her return was made with the receipt and within 90 days. The woman at the counter was rude from the start. She immediately claimed that it was passed the 90 days. (Which it was not and we had the receipt that clearly showed that). After a few minutes of looking at her computer she said that the screen told her it was purchased at an outlet, which it was not and the receipt also made clear. My mom also called the store she originally purches the clothing from to verify that it was indeed, not an outlet store. I believe that there could’ve been a glitch in the computer that told her that. I don’t think the associate was lying. But the way she delivered that information was incredibly rude. My mom then went back in to speak with a manager who was clearly struggling to be nice. She made it seem like a hassle to return the clothes. Although she apologized for the way my mom was treated by the first woman it was not sincere at all. I have worked my fair share of retail and customer service jobs and I know it’s not easy. I know there are rules and policies you have to abide by. But I also know that in my experience I have never treated someone so poorly and I have never considered using such an attitude toward a customer.
