5 /5 far mor: I had such a great experience at this store. Fatemeh greeted me warmly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. You could tell she really cared about her customers. I left feeling genuinely happy with my visit and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to others.

1 /5 D Kardi: Poor customer service. I had lots of questions and was looking for something in particular. I tried to stop one employee and ask a question, she ran past me. I had a huge pile of clothes to try on because I was unsure of sizes or how their clothes run. A sales person saw all the clothes I brought in the fitting room and never said a word to me. As it turned out nothing looked good or fit well. I left and it was as if I had never stepped foot in the door. That will my last visit there.

1 /5 David Sherwood: They were extremely rude to me they acted like it was an imposition to wait on me. There were two people who were being waited on and one of the sales ladies yelled to someone that was on the floor to come and wait on me and she had a fit. They need a class in manners, I will never go back there. I havent been treated that poorly in many many years in a store business must be great. Plus I waited 15 minutes which was no problem. But her attitude was a problem for me.

1 /5 Norman Sawaya: Terrible! My wife received a gift card for her birthday and ordered some Jeans on line. When they arrived, they weren’t close to fitting as advertised. We went to the Sommerset for a return and credit which was submitted and we were told it could take a couple of hours for the E-Gift Card would be activated that was sent to our email. This never happened and we had to make another trip to the store because calling their home office number was impossible to get through on. After we returned to the store, the sales girl waited a half hour to get assistance on their company line after which we were told we would receive another email with an E-Gift card refund in about two days. This has Yet to happen. Unbelievable!

1 /5 Nisha Greer: I came in today, and I was the only Black customer in the store. Every other person who walked in was acknowledged, greeted, or offered help except me. I didn’t make a purchase. I left feeling invisible. If Black customers aren’t welcome here, just say that. Put up a sign and save us all the time, the energy, and the disrespect.
