Lori Catineau I buy from J Jill all the time, especially online. But, I did go to the Rochester Michigan store a couple days ago to return two pairs of shorts that were too big on me. The clerk that helped me found my shorts for me, even though they were sold out online! I was so thrilled with the fantastic service and cleanliness of the store. So happy!!!

Katherine OKane Got my rehearsal dinner dress here, and the staff was amazing! Lydia asked what I was shopping for, got me a dressing room setup, and pulled an assortment of dresses as well as shoes. She was just amazing, and with all the wedding planning going on, it felt so nice to have someone with knowledge of the store be so remarkably helpful and insightful with what was available for the occasion. Everyone in the store was very helpful. Thank you! Definitely recommend.

cody rhodes This is my absolute favorite J.Crew in Michigan! The staff is always so kind and helpful. When I’m shopping at this location, they treat me like I’m the only customer in the store. They have a great assortment of product and the store is always merchandised beautifully. I was doing some shopping over the holidays and got to meet their new store director, Keith. I can tell he is going to be a great asset to this company and store!
