American Eagle - Shop NY (Near Rochester)

Amber Ricker I set up a styling session with manager Corinne. She and the other associates picked out amazing combinations before my arrival to the store. In the past, when shopping at other stores, I rarely find things I like or that I feel compliment my body. But with losing almost 70 pounds and my wedding right around the corner, my wardrobe was long overdue for an overhaul. As we figured out my likes and dislikes, sizes, etc. Corinne was a trooper checking on me and bringing me more and more options. A couple of items I fell in love with, but the size I needed (smaller than expected, woo woo!), so she was able to order them and have them sent directly to my house. One thing that made this experience so positive, is that I felt like I was shopping with my best friends, who are actually in Ohio and North Carolina. As I tried on combo after combo, I started to think that maybe it was just because I set up the styling session. However, as I listened to the other workers interact with other shoppers, they were getting the same, genuine interaction as I was. They made sure to call people by their first names, help to pick out options for the occasion, etc. As a 31-year-old woman, this is -- hands down -- the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Thank you, Corinne and staff, for an amazing experience. I cannot wait to show my hubby-t-be the many choices I was able to find yesterday!!! ~Amber p.s. Alyssa Drell Absolutely LOVE this store!! Two young girls named Jordan and Lauren helped me out and guided me in finding everything I needed!!! This store is absolutely incredible and I 10/10 recommend! If you ever need good quality clothes and want good service, gap is the place to go!!!!

Amanda V Had the best experience in a Maurices store. The employees at this store are so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a return and also bought a few items and they helped me use my coupons and rewards for the greatest savings. The store is very organized, clean, and the displays are beautiful. They are constantly sanitizing, especially fitting rooms after they are used. Checkout was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend this Maurices store in the Chautauqua Mall!

M Asim Qamar (Asim) Stylish, well-made clothing for working and on-the-go women who want to seem professional and elegant . fantastic saleswomen working in the Chicos. They are accommodating and helpful, and the store has a separate clearance department. Clothes come in 0, 1 2 3 etc sizing Just ask correspondent S/M/L etc

Julbby Evony at customer service went above and beyond for me. I couldn’t find a top in my size that said they had 3 in my size. I didn’t have the time to online order- so she went to the back herself to find it. What a sweet heart!

Anna Kash I picked up a few outfits for my daughter from here and it was a nice place. Plenty of options and reasonably priced. Clean store, friendly staff. The items I bought havent shrunk in the laundry so thats always a plus as well.
