Brenda De Grandis I had to drive to Erie PA because the store in Mentor OH couldnt exchange an item. I called the store in Erie from Mentor before I drove that far. The cashier at the store promptly called the manager, who took care of me. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will be going back to the store in Erie from now on. The personnel in Erie helped me and I will remain a customer. Thanks!

Debbie Cearns Shelby helped me today at the Westmoreland Mall store and was wonderful!!! She checked several items on line for me and was very personable. She also helped me to decide on a few jackets I was not sure about.

Dede King A great experience! My son is impossible to clothing shop with. No joke. He used to love a certain brand, but is now over that and dressing more in darker colors. He loves bands and anime. Hot Topic to the rescue! Not only do they have his dark colors, but both Anime as we walked in the door and tons of band tees along the walls. Just about everything novelty, you can find here. Do t pet the darkness deter you. They have all kinds of items across the board! Really browse and have a good look. Lots of fun! Workers are awesome! Polite and very helpful! In store pickup and in store shopping. Credit and debit cards accepted. *wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

Leah Humphries Chicos always has just the right pieces to make a gal feel gorgeous. The Erie staff is so friendly and knowledgable. Love my local Chicos!!

Sharon Kendall We shopped at Penneys on Dec. 6. I am a bit handicapped, so needed my husband to help me try on clothes. Gladys was the clerk "womanning" the fitting room. She gave us a larger room and allowed us to take in all the clothes we had found. When I couldnt find slacks that fit well, she brought us back 2 pairs, 1 of them was just right. I had taken my "Grabber" to help pull up slacks, and inadvertently left it in the fitting room. My husband and I didnt discover that until we were leaving. He raced back to Womens clothing and there met Gladys again. She had our Grabber. She said she had found it when she checked our fitting room and held on to it so no one would take it. We were amazed that she had been so thoughtful! Gladys went above and beyond the norm in helping us! She is to be commended! Jim & Sharon Kendall
