1 /5 Emma Missey: I normally love LOFT; I shop there every season and am always happy with the quality and fit of the clothes. However, the quality of service at this LOFT is truly horrendous and while I am in the Harrisburg area, I will be shopping elsewhere. The sales associates and managers are mean - there is no word more appropriate for them. I have gone in here at least ten times, during the day, on the weekends, holiday season you name it, and every time they are SO RUDE - regardless of how busy they are. They cant be bothered to help me with additional sizes or answering my questions. They never crack a smile. They act like I am imposing on them when I walk into the store.
I have years of retail experience under my belt and am very understanding when it comes to associates having a bad day. And a 2nd one. And a 3rd. But after my fourth time of feeling completely uncomfortable in their store, Ive come to realize it is a consistent problem. I hope management reads this and makes an honest effort to change the culture in the store make customers feel welcome.
