Mens Wearhouse - Shop PA (Near York)

Sharon Kendall We shopped at Penneys on Dec. 6. I am a bit handicapped, so needed my husband to help me try on clothes. Gladys was the clerk "womanning" the fitting room. She gave us a larger room and allowed us to take in all the clothes we had found. When I couldnt find slacks that fit well, she brought us back 2 pairs, 1 of them was just right. I had taken my "Grabber" to help pull up slacks, and inadvertently left it in the fitting room. My husband and I didnt discover that until we were leaving. He raced back to Womens clothing and there met Gladys again. She had our Grabber. She said she had found it when she checked our fitting room and held on to it so no one would take it. We were amazed that she had been so thoughtful! Gladys went above and beyond the norm in helping us! She is to be commended! Jim & Sharon Kendall

Paul Locks Wanted a small ring for one of my piercings. The sales lady was very good at helping me out.

Heather Goiran Today I was so impressed by a young mans customer service. My daughter wanted a vest up high and he proceeded to take down every single one in order to find her size . He did so gladly and with zippo attitude and while opening dressing rooms for others. I have received attitude for far less from other stores. She even ended up not getting the vest because they didnt have her size , he maintained his good attitude even though he did all that work for nothing. I wish I would have caught his name so he could get recognition. I really appreciated the good customer service as it is really rare these days . The girl who checked us out was also very pleasant.

dillan Despite computer errors, and people taking a while at the register, the employees are so nice! They are so easy to talk to and quickly help you with what you need! I asked an employee if they had any merch of a game I like, and she let me look it up and see if they had it in any of their stores or even online. Unfortunately they didn’t but I still have hope… The employees at the register apologized that we had to wait but there’s no rush! I understand being behind the desk and feeling stressed with so many people coming in and then there’s sudden errors with cards or the computer system itself, but they apologized and appreciated us for waiting and not complaining. You never know what’s happening on that computer so you can’t be quick to be mad at the employees themselves! Be mad at the system because anything can truly go wrong. Always appreciate the employees!

Angel Williams Had such a great shopping experience today at torrid. Wish I got the two ladies names. They were nice, friendly, and attentive. Will be back again.
