1 /5 Brandi Carrasco: Rude employees. The store was a mess. My husband and I walked in. The girl up front turned around to us and said nothing. She looked right at us and turned back around. All the jeans and clothes were left unfolded. If I didn’t care looked like a person it’d be the employees here. Nobody was at the registers. The one girl that did walk up to the register didn’t ask if we found everything was okay let alone she didn’t tell us the price when we were done checking out. We kinda just stood there awkwardly waiting for her to let us know the machine was ready. The only person she talked to was her co worker. There was no greeting, no can I help you with anything, and no have a nice day or happy holidays. Who peed in their coolaid?

1 /5 Vanessa Bautista: We tried to buy a pair of jeans that were on a rack full of jeans marked at $15.99. When we tried to pay, we encountered the rudest cashier ever. She said that the price was way higher than we expected and claimed that our jeans were misplaced by other customers. We tried to explain that they werent misplaced as there were multiple jeans in the same style as the ones we had chosen. We even showed her and another employee the rack, but she kept refusing to ring them at $15.99 with a very mean look on her face. On top of that, when my parents asked something in Spanish, she started treating them even worse and started yelling at them and making faces towards them behind their backs. Needless to say, we didnt make our purchase and dont plan on coming back to this location.

2 /5 james mackey: The winter clothes are awesome! They fit nice. It is the employees that ruin everything. They all give you dirty looks like they do not want you there. When we ask to have another bag so all the clothes will not be stuffed into one they acted like they could not do it. Not good service at all from the girls. The guys were cool.

1 /5 Garrett Weston: My wife and I visited this store Oct 26 at around 11:10am. We were in the store for about 20 min total. 3 employees and not one greeted us. After about 5 min your manager asked me if I had a mask, I told him I didnt. He told me I have to have one to which I replied I have a medical excuse to which he rolled his eyes! While we are checking out he has to come help his employee so he comes over and is speaking to his employee with his mask around his chin! You need to properly educate your employees on how to interact with a customer who doesnt wear a mask.
