I was dreading the fight to get it returned and I was pleasantly surprised how easy she made it. Thanks Andrea! Came back for a prom jacket for my son and we found one that looked and fit great. Ebb Smith Its a phenomenal experience from the moment you step inside, you become the number one priority until you leave. Prices are a bit costly however, the material is quality and the clothes are long lasting.I have been shopping here for years! Definitely recommend forgentelmen and young gentlemen on the unusual sized.

Bernadette Ostroff I stopped into the shoe department to look at a particular pair of Uggs and walked out with three pairs of shoes. Mary Alvelo is an amazing sales associate! She was helping everyone in the department and has such a great personality. Shoppers were telling her how much they loved her as they finished their purchase because she’s so happy. You can tell she loves her job! The world needs more Mary Alvelo’s!

Thomas Paquette Had a wonderful experience. I was helped immediatley and the store had everything I asked for within minutes. I was able to purchase the new wardrobe I was hoping for. After reading the other reviews, I am not sure why anyone would review negatively for service, or "plus size" availability. This is a Lucky Brand Outlet store and serves the customer base as intended with exceptional service. It is unfortunate when people who should be shopping at a specialty store, review a place like this negatively. To each there own though!

Yvonne Vega Me and my boyfriend visited the Lucky Brand Outlet store in San Marcos, Tx. Priscilla and Franchesca helped us. They were AMAZING! Its hard to find good customer service now days and these two ladies went above and beyond. 12/10 will recommend.
