Nicole Moody Great customer service I have been a guess shopper for years even on that guess list rewards program as well soon as I walked in we were greeted and also the sales associate informed us about the sales that they where having she also pointed in direction and walked through the keys points of the store. If they dont have your Size they will quickly offer to order it for you instead of saying we dont have your size. Been a fan of Guess Factory moving here from Virginia about a year ago I never know they had G by Guess. Impressed with the store they made are day after having a bad experience at another clothing store in the mall. Thank-you for a great experience.

Allyson Gabrielle My husband and I wondered on the store on a whim after walking around the mall during our anniversary stay-cation. As a plus sized girl, shopping can be discouraging for me. Cesar was AMAZING! He helped me find my 2 new favorite pair of jeans, was patient and extremely kind! He even helped my hubs find a great pair of jeans sizes DOWN from what he thought he was! He was shocked and feeling himself! Def recommend this brand and Cesar!

Everthing in the store is actually 50% off and I didnt know that you get an additional 30% off because I used my Old Navy/Gap/BR card! Literally I got $600 worth of clothes for $200. Mary Rose that works there also helped me pick out clothes for a wedding and was super helpful with pairing colors and accessories and patterns, since my judgement on style and what looks good can sometimes be lacking!
