M Takara was incredibly helpful! I had no idea how to go about exchanging a birthday present and she made the process incredibly simple. Employees like her are the reason I would prefer to shop in a store than online.

Kim Williams Store looks great! Everything was so nice and organized!! Friendly and helpful staff. I love the current manager, shes awesome!! Found what I needed and a few things on sale in under 10 minutes!

Juli Acuña So frustrated about having wasted my time trying to pump here this morning. After trying two different pumps where my card wouldn’t get passed “authorizing”, I went inside. Good to note: the cashier was friendly and courteous, but the card didn’t work inside either. Their whole system was down. I’m sure it’s not always like this, but today, they only get 2 stars, and that’s thanks to the one friendly person.
