1 /5 Jonathan Snell (ForWhyWhatSayYouSir): Customer service isnt my thing so the fact that the employees were severely apathetic doesnt really phase me. It does become a factor though when it comes to actually purchasing an item. My biggest problem which absolutely blew my mind is their anti-theft tags. I went to purchase a coat with some water resistance to it. Every single piece of their inventory from Carhartt to Ariat has been stabbed through the back with an anti-theft device. There are many places they could be placed, putting a hole in the back of a coat just makes no sense. Maybe its a Texas thing because theres no weather here. No purchase for me.

2 /5 J: Prices aren’t bad and the store is clean. However, my wife went in to get her first pair of boots and a hat since she was a child, and was ignored by the staff leaving her to figure everything out by herself. It continued even while checking out where it was pretty apparent that we were in the way and never really answered our questions when we finally got to ask them.
