5 /5 Teresa B: This was my first time shopping at a Brooks Brothers store, and I was truly impressed, especially thanks to Leanne (Store Manager). I came in looking for professional outfits that still felt feminine (which can be a challenge), and Leanne was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She showed me several great options and even took the time to order pieces that weren’t available in my size or preferred color combo. The selection and quality of the items exceeded my expectations, and Leanne’s knowledge and wonderful attitude made the experience even better.

5 /5 Chris Duncan: Ive been coming to this store since the day it opened. Sadly, Andrew has retired but Christine, the manager, gives excellent, top notch service. And their tailor is from A+ in Frisco, the best in the business. Once, my father and I were shopping in this store when he casually mentioned that a pen had exploded in his pocket in one of his Brooks Brother dress shirts at work. They gave him a brand new Oxford shirt as a replacement for free. I was floored.
