Urban Outfitters - (Near Houston, TX)

Jenn We had a great experience!!! Arlette helped us find exactly what we needed and we were in and out quickly. While it was 20 minutes prior to closing, she was not rushed, and she didn’t make us feel as though we needed to rush. We did respect their time and tried to get out of their hair quickly. She was calm and collected and helped us to be very efficient. Another gentleman- I didn’t catch his name- was also very kind and helpful. He gave us a recommendation for two brands best suited for what we were looking for, and pointed us in the right direction. (He was middle-aged and had glasses and a mustache). All the employees we passed were very friendly and very helpful!

Maira B I spent the entire day at the Allen Outlet stores, and the customer service I received from Pamela N. at the Lucky Brand store truly stood out! My daughter even said, “The lady at the Lucky store had true Southern hospitality - she was so helpful to everyone in the store.” Pamela went above and beyond, even calling another location to check size availability for the Barrel Jeans I wanted. Unfortunately, they weren’t available, but her service was absolutely the best!

Yani JacPar First time I went and am very impressed. A lot of selection of Branded items. Store is very organized and clean. They have a promo ongoing for different color tags like Blue label will be 60% off, yellow is 50% off and purple is at 25% off. Items are reasonably priced. Bought some items with me for work and leisure.

Nicole Moody Great customer service I have been a guess shopper for years even on that guess list rewards program as well soon as I walked in we were greeted and also the sales associate informed us about the sales that they where having she also pointed in direction and walked through the keys points of the store. If they dont have your Size they will quickly offer to order it for you instead of saying we dont have your size. Been a fan of Guess Factory moving here from Virginia about a year ago I never know they had G by Guess. Impressed with the store they made are day after having a bad experience at another clothing store in the mall. Thank-you for a great experience.
