Dillards - (Near Temple, TX)

1 /5 A J: I understand why Dillards has closed its doors to the mall. However today, March 3, 2026, there is no notice of this closure. Just inside the main door there is still a mall map. Walking all the way into Dillards to have to walk back out does not do well with my knees. Remove the mall signs, they are misleading. Put up notice on your entry doors "No access to mall". Thanks for the etxra steps my knee did not want.

5 /5 karen hale: My granddaughter loves their very soft warmups! Big plus was military days so a nice discount throughout the store, so I picked up some gifts and stocking stuffers in cosmetics, as well.

5 /5 Ronald Harrison: Ashley in the regular Mens department was so helpful and patient with my purchase. She went above and beyond by making sure the shirts would go with more than one pair of slacks. Her pleasant disposition and recommendations made my buying experience phenomenal in spite of the "workout" attire I was wearing. I felt like a valued customer the whole time.

2 /5 Nicole Botkin: I am disappointed that they did not remodel the store before moving in. The carpet is old and stained. The tile is broken. They have more stuff now. They have added several makeup lines. I love Angie and Denise in the makeup. I went and bought a pair of shoes for my teenage daughter tonight and even though 3 people were in the shoe department no one asked if we needed help. We found a pair on the sale rack and when the lady checked us out she did not even speak to me.
