1 /5 latrice Thomas: The worst customer service ever!! I have never been treated so rudely in a store in my life. Placed an online order and when I got the store the order was cancelled by the store. Then accused of being a lier when the charge was already on my debit card. Wouldn’t wait on me because I wasn’t dressed to the nines. I was in the store for 15 minutes everyone ignored me !! They looked at me like I couldn’t afford to shop there. I ask about several outfits but was ignored so they could wait on someone else!! Was told they would make the order right and pulled the shirt off the rack . Was told they would honor the price from the online order but charged me the original price then 10% off the rest of my purchase but obviously they don’t know math!! They took 10% off then added it back at the end. My husband paid for the order then realized they over charged by over $50.

5 /5 Sheila Morgan: Awesome store with great merchandise. For great deals get to know the sales staff and they will call you when big discounts are to be had. Shop their clearance section for super deals. High quality clothing and best accessories around. My favorite store in Lubbock.

1 /5 Lea McIntyre: My Mom recently entered this store and was not greeted or assisted when asking a price on an item. Then, witnessed a Caucasian female walk in the store who was greeted and asked if she needed anything. My Mom walked out and will not be returning. This is unacceptable on many levels!!!

1 /5 stacy lopez: Completely messed up my takeout order and then they credited that for us to come in and eat so we came in and actually sat down and ate and it was horrible the only thing good there was that white dipping sauce that they have. And its completely 100% overpriced for what you get and the service
